Brad M. Pietryka
President & Founder
Brad is the President and Founder of ICRiM Consulting, a firm dedicated to assisting District Attorney’s Offices in adopting, implementing, and optimizing innovative prosecutorial technologies.
With over thirty-five years of law enforcement experience, Brad previously served as a Senior Investigator with the New Hartford Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division and currently serves as Chief Investigator and Operations Manager for the Oneida County District Attorney’s Office. Throughout his career, he has played a direct role in the implementation and integration of multiple records and case management systems across both law enforcement and prosecutorial environments, including Niche, Pamet, Tyler, PCMS, and Axon.
Brad believes that successful outcomes are achieved by leveraging modern technology while maintaining a disciplined focus on people, process, and product — creating systems where results are both measurable and sustainable.
